The KL Chick Box Washer is constructed of top quality stainless steel with various pump sizes depending on the capacity. It will accommodate any type of chick box and is available in different models with wash capacities ranging from 100-1500 boxes per hour. It can be loaded manually or with a powered conveyor and automatic box destacker.

Blower/Dryer Units

The blower/dryer unit is a high volume air drying system with a stainless steel frame, legs, and guides. Also included is a complete control system. The drying unit is available for all KL tray and box washers.

Travelling Filter Systems

The travelling filter is a horizontal stainless steel conveyor that allows the wash water to pass through to standard filter baskets and a water re-circulation tank. Larger debris from the wash water stays on top of the travelling filter and is conveyed to a separate stainless steel filter basket outside of the washer for easy removal.
