Description
The A570 is the industry leader in multiple lane, high volume chick counting. With our exclusive five lane design, chicks are handled at slower speeds with superior separation and improved counting accuracy. The system intelligence is built on world leading PLC technology and uses top quality high speed photo sensors. The system counts each chick as it passes under the lane sensor. The chick is then transferred to the chick box via specially designed chutes. Our chutes insure that the chick is handled gently while providing very accurate box counts. The display provides detailed data through our interactive operator display that can also provide a printout at the counter and link to a desktop PC. The A570 is clearly the first choice for high volume chick counting.
