Operation
- Operator loads full setter egg flats into one end of transfer machine.
- When egg flats are in position, a switch is pressed and the transfer cycle begins.
- The transfer head moves down to locate the eggs with the transfer cups.
- The transfer head lifts the eggs vertically into the upright position.
- The first operator can now remove the empty flats while the second operator loads a hatcher tray.
- Once the hatcher tray is in position, the transfer head lowers the eggs gently into the tray.
- The eggs are released once they reach the hatcher tray, completing the delicate cycle.
- Full setter flats can be moved into the machine while eggs are being placed in the hatcher tray. With the full flat already in place, the next transfer cycle begins immediately after the full tray is removed.
