- KL Hatch Tray Washers are available in many different standard sizes along with custom washers to suit special applications.
- Wash capacities range from 100 trays per hour up to 1200 trays per hour.
- Wash water is re-circulated with standard filter baskets for retrieving debris or washer can be equipped with a traveling filter system which removes debris immediately from washer.
- The Tray Washer can be loaded manually or automatically from a powered tray conveyor/separator.
- KL Tray Washers are constructed of top quality stainless steel and designed to wash various types of hatch trays along with chick boxes and setter flats.
- Larger capacity washers include a low pressure pre-wash section and a high pressure final wash section.
- KL Tray Washers are equipped with specially design spray nozzles with unique positioning which provides proper spray coverage and effective cleaning performance.
- Each Washer includes a complete control panel with all motor starters.

Box Washer

The KL Box Washer is constructed of top quality stainless steel with various pump sizes depending on the capacity. It will accommodate any type of box and is available in different models with wash capacities ranging from 100-1800* boxes per hour. It can be loaded manually or with a powered conveyor and automatic box destacker.

Blower/Dryer Units

The blower/dryer unit is a high volume air drying system with a stainless steel frame, legs, and guides. Also included is a complete control system. The drying unit is available for all KL tray and box washers.

Travelling Filter Systems

The travelling filter is a horizontal stainless steel conveyor that allows the wash water to pass through to standard filter baskets and a water re-circulation tank. Larger debris from the wash water stays on top of the travelling filter and is conveyed to a separate stainless steel filter basket outside of the washer for easy removal.
