VIV Russia 2013: May 21-23

International exhibition of innovative technologies and promising developments "from the field to the counter" – "Meat industry. Chicken King / VIV Russia 2013" and "cold industry for agriculture" was held on may 21-23, 2013 in Moscow, in Crocus Expo.

Organizers: Asti Group exhibition company (Russia) and VNU Exhibitions Europe (Holland). The official partner of the exhibition is the company "Beringer Ingelheim" ‒ a pharmaceutical Corporation, which occupies a leading position in the world for the production of vaccines for pig breeding.

For almost 10 years, the exhibition has been a meeting place for representatives of the agricultural and food industry from around the world, engaged in the cultivation, maintenance of farm animals; production and processing of eggs; production of feed, equipment for slaughter, processing of meat, dairy raw materials, cereals and the production of finished products. This is a unique international project, the only one in Russia, which covers almost the entire world agro-industrial market.

This year its exhibition showed more than 400 companies from 36 countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Israel, India, Jordan, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Chile, Switzerland, South Korea and other countries that presented the latest technologies, equipment and innovative projects in the field of animal husbandry, pig breeding, poultry farming, fish farming, fodder production and animal health.

In addition to individual stands, pavilions of France, Spain, Italy, China and the USA were presented. For the first time among the national pavilions there was an exposition of the Netherlands, since 2013 was declared the Year of the Netherlands in Russia and the Year of Russia in the Netherlands.
